Software as a Service provided by Trublo.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service access and use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Service fees and payments

We may charge you fees for your use of the Service. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. If you fail to pay any fees, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

Intellectual property

We own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all software, content, and trademarks. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

Exclusivity

The transport company TAXIBUG CC trading as Citybug will have exclusive rights to use the Trublo on any routes starting or terminating in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, South Africa. No other companies that operate shuttle services in Mbombela will be allowed to make use of Trublo.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of the revised Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
